Finnoverde is a handcrafted jewelry brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — the gemstone capital of the world. All pieces are designed and crafted in our Jaipur atelier by skilled artisans drawing on centuries of Mughal jewelry traditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Etsy shop constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

All Finnoverde jewelry is handcrafted using:

• 925 sterling silver (hallmarked and certified)

• 18K gold vermeil plating — thick gold layer over sterling silver

• Lab-created gemstones including moissanite, emerald, ruby, sapphire, garnet, topaz, opal, and others

• Ethically sourced natural gemstones where specified

Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in finish, stone placement, and color may occur between the product images and the item received. These are a natural feature of artisan-made jewelry and are not considered defects.

Product photography is taken under professional lighting conditions. Actual stone color and brilliance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

All prices are listed in USD. Finnoverde accepts all major payment methods available on Etsy and our WooCommerce website, including credit/debit cards and Payoneer 

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, shipping address, ring size) is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

Finnoverde reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

We ship worldwide from Jaipur, India. All orders are dispatched with full tracking. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard International: 10–18 business days

• Express International: 5–8 business days (where available)

• India Domestic: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. Finnoverde is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

We want you to love your Finnoverde piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.

• Exchanges: Ring size exchanges accepted within 14 days. Customer covers return shipping cost.

• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at finnoverde@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Finnoverde accepts custom jewelry orders. Custom orders are:

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun

• Subject to a production timeline of 10–20 business days depending on complexity

• Confirmed only after design approval and full or partial payment

Please communicate all design requirements clearly before confirmation. Changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

To maintain the beauty of your Finnoverde jewelry:

• Store in the provided box or soft pouch when not wearing

• Remove before swimming, bathing, exercising, or applying perfumes/lotions

• Clean gently with the included polishing cloth

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, and saltwater

Gold vermeil plating is durable but will gradually wear with heavy daily use. This is a characteristic of vermeil jewelry and is not covered under warranty. Re-plating services may be available on request.

Finnoverde offers a 6-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in the metalwork or setting. This does not cover damage from improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

All designs, photography, brand assets, copy, and content on the Finnoverde website and Etsy shop are the intellectual property of Finnoverde. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our designs or images is strictly prohibited.

The Finnoverde name, logo, and brand identity — including the Mughal motif aesthetic and peacock design elements — are proprietary to our brand.

Finnoverde collects only the personal information necessary to process your order and communicate with you (name, email, shipping address). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Purchases made through Etsy are subject to Etsy’s Privacy Policy in addition to ours. Our internal privacy practices and applicable data protection laws govern purchases through our website.
